My Goodman furnace went out earlier this week and of course it happened to be the very coldest week of the year! After struggling with the question of what to do I came upon your website through a Google search.

First, because of the excellent diagnosis you provided I was able to troubleshoot the problem correctly (a cracked ignitor). Then after checking your inventory of replacement parts I was able to order, in the most efficient purchasing process I have ever experienced, the exact part to get the problem fixed. However, after receiving a broken ignitor on a UPS next day delivery you had  clear instructions on just how to handle this issue with UPS. Ordering a second one the same day at 12:58 pm, just making the deadline, I was able because of your email confirmation system linking to the UPS tracking of the package determine that in fact I made the deadline and the part was on its way! WOW!  Receiving the 2nd ignitor within 24 hours after ordering was thrilling.

But nothing, I mean nothing, could compare to your hand written note explaining that you had included a back-up ignitor free of charge because you understood the fragile nature of this part!  Because of your sensitivity, personal attention and professionalism you get my vote for Contractor of The Year! Web Site of The Year!  The Man and Woman of The Year! My home has returned to room temperature and my family believes in me again.

I am an electrical engineer, handyman and fix my own stuff in my house. I first came across Arnold’s site around 2005, when searching for computer bd codes for my furnace that was not producing heat.  As I sat there in that very cold house trying to find a way to make my wife and two young children comfortable reading Arnolds troubleshooting tips, I found out that a simple cleaning of the flame sensor would most likely solve the issue, 10 min later the house was nice and warm.

Helping me by providing the information I needed to fix my furnace, made a tremendous impact on me because I was desperate, and as a result I wanted to support his business so I booked marked his site. The web site was a little rough back then but I always find tons of information on how to troubleshoot my broken stuff.

Since that cold night i only use Arnold’s Web Site and have bought dozens of parts since then, every fix has been the right part for the problem i had. The thing is as I read his technical troubleshooting guidelines etc he has been %100 accurate, not only in his technical descriptions of the circuits and how they work, but he will usually give a % or indication that most of the time its this part or that part so you can buy in confidence. The pics and explanations give you peace of mind and reassurance.

Over the years I have found that the quality of the parts are excellent quality, and usually his prices or better than other parts dealers including Amazon. Because of the priceless information on his Web site and the thousands he has saved me avoiding costly service calls I will purchase all of my parts from his web site and I encourage anyone to do the same.

Rarely will you find a conscientious / ethical business who cares for the customer above all else and is willing to to proclaim the Gospel of Christ.

Purchased a few parts for Janitrol GMP furnace, thanks for your help in getting the first unit going, that is the one that heats my house. Your suggestion was to drill out the draft hole in blower unit, it worked.
The second identical unit heats somewhere else in my home and was not used for 10 years, ran fine prior to turning off gas. What appears to have got it running was doing the same thing to this unit. Tinkered with it for a few weeks, new flame sensor, checked switches, connections and basically was frustrated. Finally I checked the flow to pressure switch and it was weak. It appears there may not have been enough air flow on a regular basis to pressure switch.
I would recommend your company to anyone who may be inclined to try to get their furnace running.

When I contacted you about getting a condenser fan motor for a neighbor, you were kind enough to include the proper capacitor. I cannot describe her excitement when, after less than 30 minutes effort, we were able to get her A/C back working. The joy grew greater when we told her this was a gift form her neighbors and there was no charge for the part or work. Her expression was payment enough. Came home from vacation on a Saturday night to a very hot house! After searching for a parts place that would be open on Sunday (there are none!) we found Arnold’s on the internet and I emailed our request. Steve was kind enough to reply (ON A SUNDAY afternoon!)and within a few hours my husband had picked up our new part, installed it and the air is blowing cold! This also means no lost work on a Monday! We cannot express how grateful we are for the service today. I read an article in The Family Handyman magazine concerning the keeping of your home a/c running and mentioned an a/c parts supplier. In it was mentioned replacing the capacitor and contactor which were low cost replacements ($15 each at Arnolds) and a very probable cause of unit failure. After sending Steve my unit name and the part numbers he responded immediately with new part numbers and the cost. I bought his recommendations and received the parts 2 working days later. They were exactly as ordered, inexpensive, and arried quickly!! YHats off to a company run the way they were 30 years ago!!

 Dear Arnold’s Service Company: I Received order yesterday right on time – great service.  The new limit control fixed my problem.  The old one was defective – it was reading temp way too high and causing the gas valve to shut off before the house thermostat was reaching its set temperature.  This caused several ignitor cycles and gas to cycle on and off before it would reach the thermostat setting.  You might want to add this to your troubleshooting writeup concerning the limit control – this problem isn’t currently covered by your writeup.  My two year old furnace stopped working at 10:30 p.m. on a -3 degree (yikes!) Friday night.  By luck, I isolated the problem to the flame sensor.  Equally lucky, since I didn’t really know how to fix it, I got the furnance working again.  The next day, I called a local parts distributor who said they wouldn’t sell me a flame sensor without a service call.  Not satisfied, I searched the Internet.  The first online parts company wanted $169.00 for the part.  Not satisfied, I went to the the next listing.  It was your website.  What a godsend! Your site told me how to clean the flame sensor, which I did immediately.  Your site also listed the correct replacement part – with a photo, so I was sure – for $14.00.  Amazing.  I ordered one immediately.  Even if the original flame sensor works forever, I’ll feel secure knowing I have a replacement if I need it. My next problem may not be so easy to fix, but I’ll always know to go to Arnoldservice.com first with my heating and cooling questions.  I’ll recommend you without hesitation, and I’ll be forever grateful for your honest, forthright, and fair service.  Hi! Yesterday I ordered a part from your website, a fan + limit control. Last night I was telling my cats that the part would be here probably on Thursday, with a chance of Wednesday or _possibly_ even Tuesday, and that thereafter the fan would no longer run continuously (I have one cat who likes to lie on the floor vent when the heat is on, and I don’t think he understands when his vent blows cold air). Today I thought I’d check and see if the package had been picked up by UPS yet, so I went to their site to track it … “Delivered” ??????? The UPS ground package apparently arrived at my back door about 24.5 hours after I placed the order!!! Geography’s not my strong point, but UPS must have driven straight from Lexington to Nashville … the package checked out of Lexington 2 hours before checking in at Nashville (3 hours with the time zone difference), just enough time to drive the distance…. I know you’re not responsible for the happy accident of geography and routing, but you are responsible for getting it out the door so quickly — I wanted to thank you and share the good experience with you.  Also, thanks for your excellent pricing — I think I’ve seen that $48 part for over $100 at one vendor’s site!  Dear Steve & Barbara Arnold, Thank you for shipping out my air conditioner contactors so quickly. Its hard to find reputable businesses these days and it sure is a good feeling to find one that will do what they previously promised.  Thanks also for the shipping status email also. If I could only count the number of times I place an order to never hear from the company after I asked for overnight shipping.  50% of the time, it never arrives as promised. Its also frustrating to discover the next day that the item is backordered. I thank you again for your website for the great wealth of information you provide in troubleshooting common ac problems. You were right on about the contactor being the problem. I had a problem with the outside compressor never shutting off, even though the thermostat was off.  The inside unit was freezing up, another tip your website provided.  After examination, I discovered one of the contacts was welded to the pad, keeping the contact forever energized.  Even though I had it shipped overnight, I would venture to say that you saved me about $300. Thanks again for being there for the common guy. I ordered the 2nd contactor to replace my 2nd ac units because its contacts were burnt. If I haven’t said it enough yet, thanks again. Just wanted to send a quick note to thank you for the information on your website. Our air conditioner stopped running, and I was really afraid we’d need a new system. Our A/C is pretty old (pushing 30 years) and we know it will need replacing soon. But we’re not ready to do it yet.  I’m a true Do-It-Yourselfer, and with the info on your website, I was able to determine that my problem was most likely with the contact. I identified the part, pulled it from the unit and took it apart.  I found a good deal of rust and spider eggs in the assembly. I cleaned the assembly, put it back together, and put it back in the unit. When I reconnected the fuses and turned on the thermostat, the sound of the fan going on and the compressor kicking in was so sweet! Although I wound up not needing any parts, if I do need any in the future, you can be sure your site is the first I’ll turn to!Dennis

I just wanted to say what a well thought out website you have. It showed everything for troubleshooting a furnace in layman’s language along with pictures. I had a problem with my Inducer Fan continually running and nothing else working. I checked everything as was stated on your site, I took apart my flue and there was a dead bird on top of the Inducer outlet. I reset the lockout and the furnace fired up for two minutes 3 times. I checked the pressure switch and had 0 volts. I took the Inducer Fan apart and found two more dead birds inside the fan, put the fan together and all is well. Very strange as I only found one other bird in the furnace in 24 years. Last evening, I arrived home  from work, to find my house unusually (60 degrees) cold, and my lovely wife in a sweater. Our furnace had been acting up for several days at that point, and now, would not stay lit for more than a few seconds at a time. Being the day after Christmas, monies to have an  H.V.A.C professional make an after hours house call, were simply not available ! Being someone with fairly well rounded mechanical abilities, I set forth to try and do something. After vacuuming out  the  area containing the manifold, and gas valve and other things I wasn’t sure about, the thing “still” would not ignite! After seeing this l.e.d blinking three times in sequence,and referencing the little sticker that was close by it , as to what that meant (control valve stuck open),I went on line to find out what I was dealing with, and found your website. The simple fix, you described as to the vacum line between the exhaust fan, and the control valve, truly saved the day! Steve, Just a bit of background info. My husband lost his father a few days ago. We came home from the hospital to a cold kitchen.  This heat pump is not the only one in the house but it is in the part of the house that we use the most.  He pulled the circuit board as it has gone out before. We questioned the model number because the new one looked so very different from the old one.  When it arrived, he was afraid to tackle it himself as all the wires were not the same. We called a friend who has done repairs for us before.  He now owns his own company and is very busy with commercial work.  No matter – he came and installed the part while we were at the funeral home last evening.  After a very emotional and tiring day, we came home to glorious heat. I can’t begin to tell you how something like that felt so comforting. Hi Steve, I just want to give you a big thanks from my family and me. For 2 months I was struggling with my 3 year old Trane furnace, it just won’t fire up at times especially when we needed it the most.  It would cycle several times and then shut down. Since it was under warranty I had the service people come out and tell me they can’t find anything wrong with it, they blamed other sources that might keep it from starting. I was very discouraged and I real didn’t agree with their suggestions, so I turned to God in prayer and proceeded to type in “furnace problem” on a Google search and found your website. I liked what I saw and after reading your Motto I knew I was directed to your site. I read through the troubleshooting section and determined it was probably the Flame Sensor. When I went home after work I walked through the front door to see my daughter huddled on the couch with her bed comforter wrapped around her. After a week of problems with my Janitrol gas furnace and complaints from my wife of a cold house in the morning, I decided to call my furnace guy. Just prior to picking up the phone I thought I’d do a google search of “Janitrol furnace lighting then shutting off” I find your site right away and scroll through your information and suggestions.  First thing I decide to do is check my flame sensor. As per your instructions, I locate it, remove it and find it to have a coating of white/grey residue on it. A few strokes of 1000 grit paper and it’s looking like new! I carefully reinstall everything.  Switch the power back on (yes, I followed your safety rules!) and Whalllah! My Janitrol is running like a top! After diagnosing my heat pump problem, I lloked to see what it cost me last time (2005). It was $238.00 from my HVAC service company that I’ve done business with FOR YEARS. $79. trip charge, 79>95 for parts…and the rest “labor”. I grabbed the bad capacitor off my unit, I went to AMRAD Engineering’s site. I called their 800 number to find a local place to get one, and of course, they were ALL wholesalers…My HVAC co. agreed to sell one to me for $90.00, but they wouldn’t be sure if they had a replacement in stock, as the P/N was rubbed off on my bad one. I changed course, and after I “googled” for capacitors HVAC, I clicked once and it brought me to your AMAZING site. From their, I basically got a second opinion on the problem of my heat pump. I quickly found and ordered the replacement one, which including shipping, was $32.51. I had to wait 2 days, (no big deal as it was not really cold nor hot). I then got the part, drove to my condo where the problem was, and 13 minutes later my unit tested perfect. I really appreciate the service and info you provide. Although I did not get to buy parts from you this time but I have brought parts from you in the past for my Goodman furnace that I use to own up until 2 years ago because I could not find parts for it anywhere else here in Columbus, Ohio. Yet again I had to come to your site to find out why my Air Conditioner was not working and again you saved the day. It it was not for your site I would not have been able to save myself from having a high repair bill. Since you did not sell a compressor fan I had to go else where to buy the parts. Still when it stop working you was the one who let me know exactly what the problem was and then told me how to rewire it back to the capacitors since this was the first time I did it. At first connected it I thought that I was going to have to buy the Super booster then I  re-looked at the information you had on the site and it showed me about the hem and fan then common. Then when I rechecked I found out that I have the fan right but I had the hem and common reverse an now everything is working find. For awhile I thought that it would be the compressor since it did run hot when the fan stop working but thank God it was not. You must be surely Bless to have taken the time to put this information on this site when others either want to sell you this information or want to keep it for themselves so you will have to call them out to fix them problem. Dear Steve, I wanted to thank you for your helpful website, your personal advice over the phone and your rapid shipment of a Supco SPP6 Hard Start capacitor. My outside compressor unit is only 6 years old, but our indoor coil had a freon leak and the compressor had iced up a number of times over the past 3 years. The leak was identified during one of many freon recharges. I had the coil replaced with a better quality one this year, but then the compressor began to routinely take two tries to get started. I installed your Supco and it eliminated the problem, and the compressor has been going strong for almost a month now. After reading other information, I also believe that the distance between my indoor coil and the compressor (about 50 ft) could have something to do with the hard starts, but regardless of what was happening, I am very glad not to have to replace the compressor right now! Thank you again. I really respect and appreciate the way you put the information out there, your website is extraordinarily helpful, not to mention your very reasonable prices and very fast service. Hello Steve & Barbara, For several months starting last year, I have been having trouble with my furnace coming on but no heat would come out. About one out of ten times heat would come out. Since we are having financial problems I could not call a service man. The wife and I just put up with the cold. I went on sight many times to look for an answer to fix the furnace. I also left messages in several sites but no luck. Last month my daughter moved back home with my two Granddaughters 5 and 1 ½ years old. Since we could not subject the kids to the cold I doubled my effort to find a solution on the web or I would have to call a service company and give up something else in our budget like phone, gas or food (for me). I took the sensor out and cleaned it with steel wool, put it back in and the furnace is working fine now. Praise God! Steve and Barbara, I simply had to take a moment and express my gratitude to you for publishing your troubleshooting pages. Late this afternoon, my wife came out to my shop to tell me that we had no heat inside our house. It was too late in the day to call anyone who could come take a look at the problem, so I went under my house (I have a crawl space), and pulled the panel off of my Goodman furnace. I was expecting to find a pilot light, but instead I found a computer board with a blinking red light.  I was a little out of my comfort zone on doing it myself, so I thought I would prepare for tomorrow by trying to search for information online. As luck would have it, your “troubleshooting heating problems” page came up in the results. I printed all of it and headed back under the house with my multimeter. In less than fifteen minutes, I had determined that the pressure switch only had voltage on one terminal. I pulled the little tubing off, blew it out, cut a quarter inch of rubber off of both ends in case there were cracks, and re-installed the whole mess.  When I turned the power switch back on, I had ignition and heat. There is no telling how much I would have had to spend for a repair tech to come fix that problem tomorrow (Saturday) in Charlotte, North Carolina.  We’re forecasted for rain and cold tomorrow, and snow on Sunday.  You, my friends, have saved my weekend, and my wallet.  You have also reminded me that there are still good, decent people in this world.  If you ever have the opportunity to come to Charlotte, please contact me so that I can buy you dinner (I am not kidding).  And needless to say that if I, or anyone I know, ever need parts I will buy them from you without question.Best Regards to you and your family,Todd Bar, Charlotte NC.

Mr. and Mrs. Arnold, I’m writing to thank you for the information provided on your website concerning flame sensor. Yesterday afternoon around 1800, it started to snow in Charlotte, NC. This is very rare for this part of the state. My family and I were at my parents house having dinner. We arrived home around 1930 and noticed that the heat was not on. We forced the unit to come on, however after 3 cycles the unit would shut down. We decided to turn the unit off and wrap up and try the unit again later. Everyone slept in sweat pants. Around 0300, I woke up to check the temp in the house, at the time it was 54 degrees. I attempted to restart the unit, however it still did not operate correctly. It was cold and I was concern that I will need to take my family to my parents house for the night. I went to the kitchen and got some oil. I anointed the unit with the oil and I prayed. I then logged onto the Internet in order to see what the problem was. The lord lead me to your site. The information you provided instructed me as to how to clean the flame sensor. I was able to clean the sensor and have heat once again. I did not learn until later that your company was founded on good God fill Christian Values. I received the SPP6, compressor hard start booster, late this afternoon and installed on my outdoor air cooled condensing unit and it now works like a charm.  The A/C system was installed over 7 years ago and it cannot have more than 30 hours on it. I live close to the Ocean and we rarely have a need for A/C.

Last year I went to switch on the A/C only to find the compressor was stalling out – (uggggh).
Being somewhat handy I decided to change out the starting capacitor and the compressor still did not start.

I have for the past year been fighting off paying $2,000 for a new condensing unit to be installed. Last week my wife told me to get it fixed because my Father (85) is coming for the summer and we will need to have the A/C when he is here in case it gets too hot for him.

I was searching Google for a discount  A/C and came across your site and ordered up the Super-Boost as a last resort before being raped by my local A/C guy.

$18 well spent – the freight cost more – but it’s the best value I’ve seen in a long time.

I happen to be a not-so-proud owner of a Goodman-Janitrol Gas furnace (I’ve been told they’re not the most reliable). I’m the typical Harry-homeowner tightwad who wants to “Do it Yourself” when it comes to upgrades or problems. Last year, I purchased an Aprilaire furnace humidifier from you for HUNDREDS less than it would have cost to buy the same unit and have it installed by a professional. This is my first home, so I had absolutely no experience with how furnaces work. I feel so fortunate to have come across your website–the general information about my particular furnace, along with the excellent installation instructions that you included with the humidifier gave me the confidence to install the humidifier myself in less than a day (and now
my family of four is much more comfortable during the winter).

Then, just a couple of months ago, right as a March winter cold front came through, the heat stopped working (new home, less than 4 years old). In a panic, I started calling local HVAC service companies, not
even considering that this was something that I could take on. As I went through the yellow pages listening to one outrageous quote after another (many tacking on premiums for same-day-service, if available), I started to think there had to be an alternative. Fortunately, I still had www.arnoldservice.com  bookmarked on my computer. Within seconds, I was able to diagnose my furnace’s problem from the excellent troubleshooting guides on your site–I had a malfunctioning ignitor, and this seemed like a very inexpensive and easy fix. Because it was 50 degrees F in my house and I wanted to fix it that day, I drove to several local HVAC servicing companies to try to purchase the ignitor. Each one tried to sell me a “replacement” that was supposed to take the place of the OEM one that your site recommends. Long story short, I bought one of these replacement ignitors, which incidentally was much smaller, and installed it according to instructions and it did not work
(ignitor glowed, but did not ignite the gas). Now, totally in a pickle, thinking I’d messed something up, I had the HVAC guys from whom I purchased the “replacement” ignitor come out. Sure enough, they
verified that the “replacement” ignitor did not fit properly. They “happened” to have the OEM one (that you sell) in their van. They installed the OEM ignitor, and it worked perfectly, of course. I was shocked when they said the part would cost $178, on top of the $99 service/diagnostic charge. I showed them the printout from your site stating that you sold the same ignitor for less than $40, but they just said they don’t set the prices. That was that. I had them remove their ignitor and cut my losses, already in the hole for an ill-fitting “replacement” ignitor and a service call charge. I decided at that point to bundle up for a day or two and order the ignitor fromwww.arnoldservice.com .

When the package I had eagerly been awaiting arrived a day and a half later, I was SO PLEASANTLY SURPRISED to find that you’d sent an additional ignitor at no extra charge! That gesture motivated me to
write back, expressing my gratitude. These days, it seems you just don’t come across that kind of courtesy. Now I have the peace of mind knowing that the next time my ignitor goes out in the middle of winter,
I can have it up and running again with my spare in less than 15 minutes. And, believe me, I’ll be placing an order for another replacement at www.arnoldservice.com  the very same day! I’m also telling all my neighbors with the same furnace that if this happens to them, to please not let the HVAC suppliers essentially rob them of $200-$300, and to order the ignitor directly from you.

Also, I really appreciate the personalization of your hand-written “Thanks for your business” and signature on the shipping form. Just another small indication that you go the extra mile in the name of
customer service. Well, thanks for your business, and the next time my furnace needs attention, you’ll be the first to know!

I wanted to thank you for your very helpful website on heater problems.  I exchanged our old thermostat in our house and miss wired it. I failed to remove a preset jumper on the new thermostat that short-circuited
two power feeds and causing an electric problem on the controller of our heater/AC system. I was ready to call in service and expected a large expense for a new control board.  Apart from the expense this was a very
depressing scenario as I had caused the problem in the first place. However, I wanted to see first if a simple solution (e.g. burnt out fuse or reset) was an option. Within the limits of what I considered safe to work
on.  Your site was invaluable in troubleshooting which identified a blown 24V AV transformer as the source of the problem.  We received the replacement transformer from you (on time) yesterday and today our system
(with new and properly wired thermostat 🙂 is back on line at a fraction of the cost we were afraid it would cost.

My Goodman  furnace went out earlier this week and of course it happened to be the very coldest week of the year! After struggling with the question of what to do I came upon your website through a Google search. First, because of the excellent diagnosis you provided I was able to troubleshoot the problem correctly (a cracked ignitor). Then after checking your inventory of replacement parts I was able to order, in the most efficient purchasing process I have ever experienced, the exact part to get the problem fixed. However, after receiving a broken ignitor on a UPS next day delivery you had  clear instructions on just how to handle this issue with UPS. We have been plaqued every year with what we thought was a bad flame sensor on our Snyder General heater, always had difficulty finding the part, and was cold during the whole process.
Thanks to you, a little steel wool did the trick!  I can’t tell you how many appliance parts guys have told me that it has no electrical part, and that there is nothing wrong with it, but it still wouldn’t work.  They never mentioned cleaning it!

Dear Arnold’s Service Company: I Received order yesterday right on time – great service.  The new limit control fixed my problem.  The old one was defective – it was reading temp way too high and causing the gas valve to shut off before the house thermostat was reaching its set temperature.  This caused several ignitor cycles and gas to cycle on and off before it would reach the thermostat setting.  You might want to add this to your troubleshooting writeup concerning the limit control – this problem isn’t currently covered by your writeup.

My two year old furnace stopped working at 10:30 p.m. on a -3 degree (yikes!) Friday night.  By luck, I isolated the problem to the flame sensor.  Equally lucky, since I didn’t really know how to fix it, I got the furnance working again.  The next day, I called a local parts distributor who said they wouldn’t sell me a flame sensor without a service call.  Not satisfied, I searched the Internet.  The first online parts company wanted $169.00 for the part.  Not satisfied, I went to the the next listing.  It was your website.  What a godsend!
Your site told me how to clean the flame sensor, which I did immediately.  Your site also listed the correct replacement part – with a photo, so I was sure – for $14.00.  Amazing.  I ordered one immediately.  Even if the original flame sensor works forever, I’ll feel secure knowing I have a replacement if I need it.

Yesterday I ordered a part from your website, a fan + limit control.
Last night I was telling my cats that the part would be here probably
on Thursday, with a chance of Wednesday or _possibly_ even Tuesday,
and that thereafter the fan would no longer run continuously (I have
one cat who likes to lie on the floor vent when the heat is on, and I
don’t think he understands when his vent blows cold air).
Today I thought I’d check and see if the package had been picked up
by UPS yet, so I went to their site to track it …
“Delivered” ???????
The UPS ground package apparently arrived at my back door about 24.5
hours after I placed the order!!!
Geography’s not my strong point, but UPS must have driven straight
from Lexington to Nashville … the package checked out of Lexington
2 hours before checking in at Nashville (3 hours with the time zone
difference), just enough time to drive the distance….
I know you’re not responsible for the happy accident of geography and
routing, but you are responsible for getting it out the door so
quickly — I wanted to thank you and share the good experience with
you.  Also, thanks for your excellent pricing — I think I’ve seen
that $48 part for over $100 at one vendor’s site!
Thanks again.  You’re now my preferred vendor for HVAC parts, though
I may not need another for a while….

Thank you for shipping out my air conditioner contactors so quickly.  Its hard to find reputable businesses these days and it sure is a good feeling to find one that will do what they previously promised.  Thanks also for the shipping status email also.  If I could only count the number of times I place an order to never hear from the company after I asked for overnight shipping.  50% of the time, it never arrives as promised.   Its also frustrating to discover the next day that the item is backordered.

I thank you again for your website for the great wealth of information you provide in troubleshooting common ac problems.  You were right on about the contactor being the problem.  I had a problem with the outside compressor never shutting off, even though the thermostat was off.  The inside unit was freezing up, another tip your website provided.  After examination, I discovered one of the contacts was welded to the pad, keeping the contact forever energized.  Even though I had it shipped overnight, I would venture to say that you saved me about $300.  Thanks again for being there for the common guy.  I ordered the 2nd contactor to replace my 2nd ac units because its contacts were burnt.

If I haven’t said it enough yet, thanks again.  I will refer your website to all those I come in contact with and tell them of the great website and no-nonsense merchandise you provide.

Just wanted to send a quick note to thank you for the information on your website.  Our air conditioner stopped running, and I was really afraid we’d need a new system.  Our A/C is pretty old (pushing 30 years) and we know it will need replacing soon.  But we’re not ready to do it yet.  I’m a true Do-It-Yourselfer, and with the info on your website, I was able to determine that my problem was most likely with the
contact.  I identified the part, pulled it from the unit and took it apart.  I found a good deal of rust and spider eggs in the assembly.  I cleaned the assembly, put it back together, and put it back in the unit.  When I reconnected the fuses and turned on the thermostat, the sound of the fan going on and the
compressor kicking in was so sweet!
Although I wound up not needing any parts, if I do need any in the future, you can be sure your site is the first I’ll turn to!

I want to thank whoever decided to put the trouble shooting on your site concerning the air conditioners.  Ours was out for a week and we could not figure out what was wrong.  We tried to get a tech out here, but being the busy season they were unable to come to our house in a timely fashion.  With two small children in Virginia (heat and humidity), not having the air conditioner working was not an option.  I pulled up the three most common reasons that an a/c unit stops working and deduced that it was a bad capacitor due to the photos on your site.  I was able to procure the part for 20 dollars and had the a/c running by myself in about 10 minutes.
I just wanted to say thank you for my children’s sake.

Installs New control board.Dear Steve and BarbaraLast week with trepidation I ordered your Nordyne furnace control board not knowing if it was the correct replacement needed for our G5RC Miller furnace. No one in our area had one because they said Miller had discontinued making house furnaces. But from your site I thought it was the one.Your website design was very easy to understand and was very well organized. Your service was extremely well done, and I received the board on Friday at 3:00. I read the instructions and replaced the board immediately and within 2 hours had the furnace and air conditioner running perfectly. Posted: 10-14-07 Customer Repairs Furnace. Finds birds inside of Flue.

I just wanted to say what a well thought out website you have.

It showed everything for troubleshooting a furnace in layman’s language along with pictures.

I had a problem with my Inducer Fan continually running and nothing else working. I checked everything as was stated on your site, I took apart my flue and there was a dead bird on top of the Inducer outlet. I reset the lockout and the furnace fired up for two minutes 3 times. I checked the pressure switch and had 0 volts. I took the Inducer Fan apart and found two more dead birds inside the fan, put the fan together and all is well. Very strange as I only found one other bird in the furnace in 24 years.

Again, I want to thank you for your wonderful website, and if I ever need a part I will be sure to remember you with a permanent bookmark.

Every once in awhile, someone does something that is just so above and beyond what is expected, that it just leaves you smiling…
Our experience…  On Monday afternoon, we were told by a furnace repairman that we needed this York igniter and that the bill would be $300 to install.  After paying for the $100 visit, we asked for the part number and said we would find the part.  Yesterday morning, we were in touch with several local (Minneapolis) distributors that for one reason or another (would violate contracts they have with local service companies or what they viewed as too dangerous for a residential owner to install themselves, or would need to charge $200ish for the part)  wouldn’t sell us the part directly.  I am a former buyer for an international high-tech company and so knew something of this world, as well as having an unbelievably skilled husband that could safely install the part, so spent 10 minutes on the net before stumbling on to your web site.
Every part one could imagine, INCREDIBLE pictures, detailed descriptions — as well as pleasant and kind details, including service promises.  I sat in a bit of disbelief to see the $26 price…and delighted.  So, ordered hoping that it would indeed arrive today.  Your immediate and very kind emails confirmed that yes, this was a real operation and yes, the part would be here today.  So, we opened the box today and were almost dumbfounded to see your lovely note with not just one, but two, in case one broke in shipping?!?

I’m so glad that I found you in my search for replacement igniter on the internet.  I like your attitude, attention to detail and the way you handled the order which I received today at 2 PM CST in Davenport.  It’s a relief that I no longer have to have my wife or I timing the sequence of gas and lighting it with a long fireplace lighter to get some periodic warmth in the house.  A very simple fix if you have the right parts and you provided that. Posted 12-27-07 Customer Repairs Furnace after reading trouble-shooting pageLast evening, I arrived home  from work, to find my house unusually (60 degrees) cold, and my lovely wife in a sweater. Our furnace had been acting up for several days at that point, and now, would not stay lit for more than a few seconds at a time. Being the day after Christmas, monies to have an  H.V.A.C professional make an after hours house call, were simply not available ! Being someone with fairly well rounded mechanical abilities, I set forth to try and  do something. After vacuuming out  the  area containing the manifold, and gas valve and other things I wasn’t sure about, the thing “still” would not ignite! After seeing this l.e.d blinking three times in sequence,and referencing the little sticker that was close by it , as to what that meant (control valve stuck open),I went on line to find out what I was dealing with, and found your website. The simple fix, you described as to the vacum line between the exhaust fan, and the control valve, truly saved the day! Just a bit of background info.  My husband lost his father a few days ago.  We came home from the hospital to a cold kitchen.  This heat pump is not the only one in the house but it is in the part of the house that we use the most.  He pulled the circuit board as it has gone out before.  We questioned the model number because the new one looked so very different from the old one.  When it arrived, he was afraid to tackle it himself as all the wires were not the same.  We called a friend who has done repairs for us before.  He now owns his own company and is very busy with commercial work.  No matter – he came and installed the part while we were at the funeral home last evening.  After a very emotional and tiring day, we came home to glorious heat.  I can’t begin to tell you how something like that felt so comforting.

The point of this story is just to let you know that you never know how you or your company many impact a life.  I just wanted you to know that this was not just a repair – this repair warmed our hearts as well as our toes.  You were a part of the comfort to us in the aftermath of a huge loss and we so appreciate your assistance.  You double checked the part, shipped it as soon as possible, and put a bright spot in a day that was very sad.  God truly works in mysterious ways – I just wanted you to know.

     I just wanted to write you real quick and tell you thank you for your website.  On there was some easy to read and understand troubleshooting steps on house furnaces that enabled me to quickly “fix” mine.  You see, I am currently serving in the United States Air Force out here in Mountain Home, Idaho.  This week we are currently engaged in 12 hour shifts due to an exercise and after a long day of “playing war,” we came home to a very cold house.  The quick and easy steps you provided, an Aerospace Ground Equipment mechanic, allowed me to effectively troubleshoot and repair my furnace, without any cost.  To add to the craziness of the day, it is also Super Bowl Sunday.  Again, the ease of the steps allowed me to quickly repair my furnace and return to the game.  I just wanted to say thanks.  God bless you and yours and may He continue to protect our men and women in harm’s way.

Hi Steve, I just want to give you a big thanks from my family and me.  For 2 months I was struggling with my 3 year old Trane furnace, it just won’t fire up at times especially when we needed it the most.  It would cycle several times and then shut down.  Since it was under warranty I had the service people come out and tell me they can’t find anything wrong with it, they blamed other sources that might keep it from starting.  I was very discouraged and I real didn’t agree with their suggestions, so I turned to God in prayer and proceeded to type in “furnace problem” on a Google search and found your website.  I liked what I saw and after reading your Motto I knew I was directed to your site.  I read through the troubleshooting section and determined it was probably the Flame Sensor.  When I went home after work I walked through the front door to see my daughter huddled on the couch with her bed comforter wrapped around her.  I told her I would have the furnace going in 15 mins. and she just gave me that look like “Yeah Right”.  Well, I took out the Flame Sensor and cleaned it up with an emery cloth and I was back in business.  It has worked like a charm ever since.   So I just want to thank you again and may God Bless You!  I am telling everyone I know about your site.  Peace, KirkKirkDesign/Drafting ManagerPalo Alto, CA

We have a Rheem gas furnace that went out two weeks ago due to the hot surface ignitor got bad.  With my husband working far away on active duty, I was frustrated and panicked trying to find a place that have the part that I needed to get the furnace fix.  After looking up in the yellow pages and calling around town multiple places, I refused to let those throat cutters get the best of me.  So I began to searched on line.  When I typed in “hot surface ignitor for rheem furnace”, your web site came up among with others.  I browsed around, read the comments from your past customers, and decided to order the part (Protech hot surface ignitor kit model 62-22868-93)from you.  I have to say that I totally agreed with your other customers.  Not only the pricing was great, the immediate response I got through e-mail let me know the order was received, when the shipment went out, the shipping confirmation number, and when to expect the package.  I got the part this past Monday as promised, the packing was superb.  Inside, was the part intact, the invoice that I could not print out on the day that I ordered, and a hand written note thank you.  Now, that is a blue print of first class customer service for other companies to imitate.  My furnace is now in working order keeping us nice and toasty and just in time when the cold front came in.  Thank you for your excellent service and attention to details.  I will definitely come back and recommend others to your site.  Keep up the fantastic job.  God bless you and your family.

After a week of problems with my Janitrol gas furnace and complaints from my wife of a cold house in the morning,  I decided to call my furnace guy.  Just prior to picking up the phone I thought I’d do a google search of “Janitrol furnace lighting then shutting off”  I find your site right away and scroll through your information and suggestions.  First thing I decide to do is check my flame sensor.  As per your instructions, I locate it, remove it and find it to have a coating of white/grey residue on it.  A few strokes of 1000 grit paper and it’s looking like new!  I carefully reinstall everything.  Switch the power back on (yes, I followed your safety rules!) and Whalllah!  My Janitrol is running like a top!   Thank you for saving me a bundle!  I’ve bookmarked your site and will order a few spare ignitors in the near future.  I will also be recommending you to anyone whom I overhear with furnace issues.

Posted March 24, 2008- Customer repairs Heat Pump!

After diagnosing my heat pump problem, I lloked to see what it cost me last time (2005). It was $238.00 from my HVAC service company that I’ve done business with FOR YEARS. $79. trip charge, 79>95 for parts…and the rest “labor”. I grabbed the bad capacitor off my unit, I went to AMRAD Engineering’s site. I called their 800 number to find a local place to get one, and of course, they were ALL wholesalers…My HVAC co. agreed to sell one to me for $90.00, but they wouldn’t be sure if they had a replacement in stock, as the P/N was rubbed off on my bad one.
I changed course, and after I “googled” for capacitors HVAC, I clicked once and it brought me to your AMAZING site. From their, I basically got a second opinion on the problem of my heat pump. I quickly found and ordered the replacement one, which including shipping, was $32.51. I had to wait 2 days, (no big deal as it was not really cold nor hot).
I then got the part, drove to my condo where the problem was, and 13 minutes later my unit tested perfect.
I really appreciate the service and info you provide. Understanding not everyone has the money to pay a HVAC $250 for a part that costs 1/10 of that and takes but a few minutes to diagnose and replace.

Although I did not get to buy parts from you this time but I have brought parts from you in the past for my Goodman furnace that I use to own up until 2 years ago because I could not find parts for it anywhere else here in Columbus, Ohio. Yet again I had to come to your site to find out why my Air Conditioner was not working and again you saved the day. It it was not for your site I would not have been able to save myself from having a high repair bill. Since you did not sell a compressor fan I had to go else where to buy the parts. Still when it stop working you was the one who let me know exactly what the problem was and then told me how to rewire it back to the capacitors since this was the first time I did it. At first connected it I thought that I was going to have to buy the Super booster then I  re-looked at the information you had on the site and it showed me about the hem and fan then common. Then when I rechecked I found out that I have the fan right but I had the hem and common reverse an now everything is working find. For awhile I thought that it would be the compressor since it did run hot when the fan stop working but thank God it was not.
You must be surely Bless to have taken the time to put this information on this site when others either want to sell you this information or want to keep it for themselves so you will have to call them out to fix them problem.
You have just earn another big blessing from me because I have told God in My Prayer how wonderful you are for doing such a marvelous thing. Again I say thank a million.Micheal

Posted: July 18, 2008- Customer repairs air conditioner by installing hard start booster!Dear Steve,I wanted to thank you for your helpful website, your personal advice over the phone and your rapid shipment of a Supco SPP6 Hard Start capacitor. My outside compressor unit is only 6 years old, but our indoor coil had a freon leak and the compressor had iced up a number of times over the past 3 years. The leak was identified during one of many freon recharges. I had the coil replaced with a better quality one this year, but then the compressor began to routinely take two tries to get started. I installed your Supco and it eliminated the problem, and the compressor has been going strong for almost a month now. After reading other information, I also believe that the distance between my indoor coil and the compressor (about 50 ft) could have something to do with the hard starts, but regardless of what was happening, I am very glad not to have to replace the compressor right now! Thank you again. I really respect and appreciate the way you put the information out there, your website is extraordinarily helpful, not to mention your very reasonable prices and very fast service.May God continue to bless you and yours!Mike

 Hi!You do not have any idea how great your site is and how much help it has been for at least 20 people around me. The state I live in and the state I used to live in, it is very hard to get parts for HVAC and more so any info. I work for Budwiser and Coca Cola plants and repair this equipment all the time. I thank you, and so do the people you have given help to. The only other question I have is, can I get parts for my vent control motors and the fan motor for my york?     On Monday Sept. 1st I placed an order of a Hard Start Capactor and a TermLok Terminal Repair Kit.
I understand that Monday was a holiday, and all delivery companys were not shipping. That means you could not
have shipped this order, but would send it on Tuesday.  I assume you would send it Tuesday. I think your company and the delivery company deserve a pat on the back because my order got here on Wednesday. I want to thank you for this amazing delivery.  Looking through your web site I found alot of detailed soulitions and product descriptions. It’s not very often that you find someone who does those things. I find it refreshing that you take the time to help people solve some questions, and you give them an answer that they can understand. Posted: 12-11-08 Customer repairs his furnace. from Plano, Texas Hello Steve & Barbara,For several months starting last year, I have been having trouble with my furnace coming on but no heat would come out. About one out of ten times heat would come out. Since we are having financial problems I could not call a service man. The wife and I just put up with the cold. I went on sight many times to look for an answer to fix the furnace. I also left messages in several sites but no luck. Last month my daughter moved back home with my two Granddaughters 5 and 1 ½ years old. Since we could not subject the kids to the cold I doubled my effort to find a solution on the web or I would have to call a service company and give up something else in our budget like phone, gas or food (for me). Last week after another prayer God led me to your site. I read your information on flame sensor problems. I took the sensor out and cleaned it with steel wool, put it back in and the furnace is working fine now. Praise God! I asked myself several times “why would someone give me such valuable information free of charge or not try to sell me a part instead of telling me how to fix the one I have!”.  I went back to your site to contact you because I want to send you a modest amount (compared to what it’s worth) for your information. That’s when I read your site thoroughly and discovered that you were Christians. That answered my question. I am sure our Lord is well pleased with the example you portray to everyone. I have a Carrier central unit that was installed about 9 years ago, an 8000 series Weather Maker unit. About two weeks ago, the heater started giving us some problems. The burner would turn on and off repeatedly, the fan would turn on and off in short cycles, and the LED was flashing code 34. I found your website that went into detail about the flame sensor and the problems that others have experienced. Using your information, I was able to identify the flame sensor and pulled it and cleaned it. Hopefully this fixes the problem but if not, I’ll be ordering one from you very shortly. Now this is the most awesome part of this story! After reading your website and finding the part number for my sensor, I scrolled down to the bottom of the page and found out I was dealing with a Christian company! My wife and I both recently accepted Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior! I was baptized on the August 31st of this year at First Baptist Church in Grapevine, Texas. I simply had to take a moment and express my gratitude to you for publishing your troubleshooting pages.  Late this afternoon, my wife came out to my shop to tell me that we had no heat inside our house.  It was too late in the day to call anyone who could come take a look at the problem, so I went under my house (I have a crawl space), and pulled the panel off of my Goodman furnace.  I was expecting to find a pilot light, but instead I found a computer board with a blinking red light.  I was a little out of my comfort zone on doing it myself, so I thought I would prepare for tomorrow by trying to search for information online.  As luck would have it, your “troubleshooting heating problems” page came up in the results.  I printed all of it and headed back under the house with my multimeter.  In less than fifteen minutes, I had determined that the pressure switch only had voltage on one terminal.  I pulled the little tubing off, blew it out, cut a quarter inch of rubber off of both ends in case there were cracks, and re-installed the whole mess.  When I turned the power switch back on, I had ignition and heat.
There is no telling how much I would have had to spend for a repair tech to come fix that problem tomorrow (Saturday) in Charlotte, North Carolina.  We’re forecasted for rain and cold tomorrow, and snow on Sunday.  You, my friends, have saved my weekend, and my wallet.  You have also reminded me that there are still good, decent people in this world.  If you ever have the opportunity to come to Charlotte, please contact me so that I can buy you dinner (I am not kidding).  And needless to say that if I, or anyone I know, ever need parts I will buy them from you without question.

Congratulations!Mr. and Mrs. Arnold, I’m writing to thank you for the information provided on your website concerning flame sensor. Yesterday afternoon around 1800, it started to snow in Charlotte, NC. This is very rare for this part of the state. My family and I were at my parents house having dinner. We arrived home around 1930 and noticed that the heat was not on. We forced the unit to come on, however after 3 cycles the unit would shut down. We decided to turn the unit off and wrap up and try the unit again later. Everyone slept in sweat pants. Around 0300, I woke up to check the temp in the house, at the time it was 54 degrees. I attempted to restart the unit, however it still did not operate correctly. It was cold and I was concern that I will need to take my family to my parents house for the night. I went to the kitchen and got some oil. I anointed the unit with the oil and I prayed. I then logged onto the Internet in order to see what the problem was. The lord lead me to your site. The information you provided instructed me as to how to clean the flame sensor. I was able to clean the sensor and have heat once again. I did not learn until later that your company was founded on good God fill Christian Values. I know it was the Lord that sent me to your site in the middle of a snow filled, cold night.

Posted: 10-08-09-Customer repairs his furnace by replacing ignitor!I just wanted to take a minute to give you some feedback on the 2 times I have ordered parts from your company.  In 2007 I ordered a flame sensor and my most recent order was for an ignitor.  In both cases, your web site helped me determine the model of the part I needed.  The pictures and descriptions of the parts made it easy for me to compare the defective part I had in hand to parts you had in stock.  I am not an HVAC expert so this was very helpful.  Also, trouble shooting measures the website helped me determine what part was failing (I was going to order another flame sensor and your website steered me toward the ignitor).  I ordered the ignitor about 11:00 am on Wednesday and I had the new one installed and working at 11:30 am on Thursday and I chose the least expensive shipping option!

My husband and I  have had on going issues with our 6 year old Trane furnace which as we all know can be quite costly to have a service repair man come out every time. We have been forced to do our own service and part replacement. Even parts for our furnace can be very expensive so when I we found Arnold’s Service Company it was a true blessing! The part we needed cost 75% less than getting it from Trane. We were also very impressed with how quickly it arrived and how well it was packaged! (It was a fragile part) The part was perfect and is now installed in our furnace (by my husband, thanks babe!) and we have heat just in time for the cold weather! Thank you so much!

I got it yesterday, installed it and it works like a charm after hooking it up. Thanks to you I saved 2200$ that I was about to pay for a new furnace. The two different companies that did diagnostics and estimates all claimed that a new control board will cost up to 1500$ so it would be more economic for me to get a new furnace. It seems that, ripping people off, is a common practice among hvac people around Chicago. I just wanted to give you some positive feedback on your service. I received the parts I ordered via UPS today.  Arrived in excellent condition.  Thank you for the extra ignitor!

A quick 45 minutes later and I had the gas valve, ignitor and flame sensor replaced (the gas valve was bad per the diagnostics, but replaced all while I had it apart).  Unit tested out fine and is operating like new….

I was completely expecting to have someone argue with me about why the ignitor was broken and try to blow me off or leave me to take it up with UPS while I had no heat. The fact that you 2nd day aired me not one but two ignitors to insure that I got my heat back on is outstanding customer service. Both ignitors showed up unbroken, if you want me to I will send back the unopened one to return to your stock, as I stated before I wasn’t looking for free parts just needed one to get my heat back on.

Tonight the temperature is going down to 16°and in Virginia that’s cold, especially when your gas furnace is not behaving. Not looking forward to a night without heat, I thought I would have to go to Home Depot or Lowes in the morning and by a new gas valve. So, I was checking the internet for prices and God lead me to your web site (He’s like that – as you know) well amount other things on your site I saw “Troubleshooting…” there was the answer to the furnace starting and shutting off …dirty flame sensor. Dear Sir/Madam:
I just wanted to tell you how much I appreciate your web site and service you provide for people like me.  I ordered capacitor and contactor.  I used two screw driver and 15 min. of time and AC works like new again.
Your troubleshooting site was very helpful I read over and over just to make sure I am ordering right parts.  As you described with picture capacitor was bad and the unit is 13 years old so I decided to replace contactor also.  All the trouble happened over weekend while we were away for vacation for a day.  Late at night as we got home room temperature was extremely high so I went outside to check to see if the fan was running.  As you know, I heard that “hummmmmmm” but nothing running.  I ended up staying up till 4 am trying to figure out what was going on.  First thing I did was to get on internet and open your web site.  Sure enough there was information I needed.  I ordered parts right away.  We had to deal with heat a while but I guess thats what happen if we don’t take care of simple thing.  New contactor sure is nice since there is cover on it.  There was one time spider decided to stay contact point as his house.  I had fun running but room never got cooler.  Old parts had turn sort of black in color in contact point so I decided to get new one.
I really enjoy reading your web site.  I know you do business but you also help a lot of people to save money as well.  I also enjoyed doing work myself.  I know it can be dangerous but I followed basics of working with electricity to cut all the connection first.  I learned so many thing each time I face to problem which is good thing.
Again thank you very much for all your help.  It is sometime hard to stay “cool” when A/C does not work in the middle of 90 degree day.  It wasn’t fun 5 days without A/C but sure is good lesson for me.

Steve and Barbara,Good afternoon. I stumbled across your website recently when our downstairs AC decided to stop working. I had done the typical “replace the fuse” which solved the problem for about the day then the entire system went down. I started reading your website and to make a long story short with the use of a mult-imeter I determined the transformer was bad. With that being said I had checked over EVERY part of the system and also found the contact points on the contactor to be blackened and burned.I ordered both the contactor (which was a genuine replacement part) and the step down transformer from your website. I received the parts in a timely manner and proceeded to install the two parts myself. After restoring power to the system and triple checking everything with the multi-meter I turned the system on and IT WORKED! This was the first time I have ever repaired or played around with a home AC unit. $50 in parts including shipping and I had our downstairs AC working again saving up without a doubt hundreds of dollars.I greatly appreciate your website, the wealth of information on the site and your very low prices. THANK YOU! It was only after seeing an actual picture of a rollout switch [and realizing just how small they are] that I knew what to look for. Your last correspondence got me aimed in the right direction. The two resets were tripped on these little switches and, once pushed in, everything worked! I know these things don’t just trip out of the clear blue sky, but at least now I’ll know what to look for if it happens again….So…the final question I have is…how much do I owe you for your time? Posted: 12-2-11Thank You! Just wanted to drop you a quick email saying I received the part in a very timely manner. I ordered late Tuesday afternoon and had the part by Thursday afternoon. Just in time as we had a cold snap in the northeast with temps dropping into the 20’s overnight. The information on your website regarding symptom fix for the Heat Source Ignitor confirmed my diagnosis of the problem and increased my confidence in ordering the part. Your price was about a third of what I was quoted from a service company and when combined with the service call charge, I conservatively saved $175.

I wanted to email you with my story:
We live in the desert of New Mexico & RARELY get snow.
My gas furnace quit working a few days ago during a GIANT BLIZZARD (1ft of snow & temperature of -8 degrees) and instead of hiring a plumber I decided to check online to try and determine the cause. I stumbled through several websites before coming across your site. I went through your troubleshooting list and finally came to the conclusion I have a bad pressure switch (1. one terminal is discolored, 2. the voltage on one terminal is 26.2V and 0V on the discolored terminal while it was calling for heat, 3. when I lightly tapped the pressure switch it started up when calling for heat). So, I wrote down the part number and searched online for the part. I found it several places for $70+, $43 with free shipping on another site, and $45 with $8 shipping on your site. I decided to order from you and pay the extra $10 for several reasons, and that’s what I wanted to share with you:
1. You took the time to walk me through all of the possibilities and I found the problem thanks to your site
2. You said the part would be shipped right away (and it has already been packaged with a tracking number)
3. You had pictures of your grand kids (I love it when people recognize the important things in this life)
4. And the main reason…you love our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
For any and all of my future furnace parts needs, I will assuredly order from you. Anyone that is unashamed to recognize and glorify our King with their business deserves my business.

Posted: 2-1-12 Customer saves his family $1,000.00 replacing his and his sister’s control boards.Thank you for offering parts at a fair price. I replaced the control board on my furnace and saved $500. compared to what the service company wanted to repair it. About 4 weeks later my sister’s furnace control board went out and I replaced hers also. We have 2 more units between us and I am sure the boards along with other parts will will be needed in the future. They are all about 17 years old. So far we have saved $1000. on two repairs doing it our selves with parts purchased from you. I was almost talked into purchasing a new unit for $2200.
I am getting pretty good at replacing the control boards and can do it in about an hour.
So I just wanted to thank you and your family for saving me and my family some serious money in these difficult times.
