  • The HT01BC116 Bryant Carrier Furnace Transformer part number has changed to part number HT680054.
  • The HT680054 transformer is a brand new OEM Bryant Carrier furnace transformer that comes in a Bryant Carrier factory authorized parts box.
  • The HT680054 should make an easy change out since it is an OEM Bryant, Carrier factory direct replacement transformer.
  • The HT680054 transformer is found on many Bryant & Carrier furnaces.
  • The HT680054 Bryant Carrier Furnace Transformer is a 40 VA transformer which has a 120 volt AC primary and a 24 Volt AC secondary. We have a picture of the label specifications below.
  • The HT680054 transformer replaces the following part numbers: HT01BC116,  HT01BC116B, HT01BC115, HT01BB126, HT01CT120, HT01BC120, HT01AW115, HT01AA012, HT01AQ110, HT01CT210, HT01CT20006, 322666-701, 322953-302, B1810113, HTO1BC116.
  • We have had several of our customers ask about installing in-line fuses on the transformer to protect the transformer and other low voltage devices in the furnace and air conditioner. We sell an in-line fuse installation kit on the following page: Please click here if you are interested in the inline fuse kit.
  • FYI: The HT680054 transformer, transforms 110 to 125 volts AC into 24 volts AC so that the low voltage components on the furnace and air conditioner can operate. You can check the voltage on most control boards between the C (Com) and R (Red) terminals to determine if the low voltage transformer is operating correctly. If you aren’t getting 24 to 28 volts AC between C and R then you might have a burnt out transformer of a blown fuse on the control board.
  • Below we have a real good YouTube Video which shows how to wire a low voltage transformer. This YouTube video was made by Fix My Own AC.com. Thanks to Fix My Own AC.com for making this informative video!
  • Please email us anytime with your furnace or air conditioner’s product number if you would like for us to check using our Bryant Carrier program to make sure you are getting the right transformer or part for your furnace, air conditioner or heat pump.
