It is always a good idea to have an extra pump on hand in case your old condensate pump fails. I would not want you to be stuck cutting pipe, mopping up a wet floor and using a 5 gallon bucket to catch your condensate in. I have seen this happen many times in my 16 years as an HVAC contractor. If your condensate pump is getting old, then you might want to consider replacing it. That is why I am offering you these Little Giant condensate pumps at a low wholesale price.

Little Giant makes two of my favorite condensate pumps. Here are some reasons why I like these pumps so much are:

	They are Highly reliable, Little Giant Quality pumps.
	Very quiet! You hardly know it is running!
	Are easy to clean & maintain. These condensate pumps have a 3/8" removable check valve for easy cleaning. The bottom can be easily separated from the top to allow for easy tank cleaning. No screws to remove for cleaning!
	Is Fully automatic with an automatic Snap-action switch.
	Has a 1/2 gallon rustproof, high impact ABS tank.
	Has a New generation float arm for enhanced reliability.
	Has a reversible tank cover with 3 inlet drain holes for flexible installation.
	Compact design for easy installation.
	Has a 6' cord with 3-pronged plug.
	Has an internal check valve that keeps water from circulating back into the pump after the pump turns off. This saves on pump life by cutting down the number of times the pump runs.
	Has a safety switch that can be wired to cut off your HVAC system to prevent flooding if the pump does fail to operate.
	Can be used on the new 92% high efficiency furnaces to remove condensate.
	15' of 3/8" plastic tubing is included in box.
	Has a full one year replacement warranty.

Our next Little Giant Pump is the Low Boy pump. This pump is used lots of the time on Condensing furnace where you do not have much room been the furnace drain and the floor. You can slip the Little Giant Low Boy pump under the furnace drain and you are ready to go! This pump is only 1 3/4" tall! It has a 20' vertical pumping capacity. This pump comes with 20' of 3/8" condensate pump drain tubing! It comes with an extra check valve if you want to run 1/4" drain tubing. Below is a picture with an opportunity for you to purchase.
