Goodman Janitrol Furnace Mini Hot Surface
Ignitor Conversion Kit Part #0230K00001
This is the new
Goodman, Janitrol Mini Hot Surface Ignitor Conversion Kit.
This kit has been recommended to replace the standard carbide ignitors B1401015S
and B1401018S used on previous Goodman, Janitrol furnaces. This mini ignitor
conversion kit is not approved for the new GSU model furnaces. This ignitor
is supposed to be more durable and longer lasting than the carbide ignitors,
B1401015S and B1401018S. The kit comes with installation instructions, Mini
Ignitor, Flat mounting plate, Screw and Adapter Harness. Below we have pictures
with an opportunity for you to purchase.

Ignitor Part #B1401018S
You might consider purchasing the
0230K00000S conversion kit that we sell above if you have the B1401018S,
B1401015S ignitor.
This ignitor is an
exact OEM replacement ignitor for Janitrol & Goodman furnaces. The part
number is #B1401018S. This part number changed in 2003 and was a Part
#B1401015S. The B1401018S ignitor also replaces Goodman Janitrol part #B140109S. If you have a Janitrol or Goodman furnace then we have the ignitor
for you! Below is a picture of the Janitrol Goodman exact OEM replacement
ignitor. This
ignitor comes with a metal mounting bracket. It has a terminal connector

As you can see in
the picture on the right, most of the Goodman ignitors we are getting, have been
fire tested. We wanted our customers to be aware that if you order an ignitor it
will probably show some discoloration. Our supplier was allowing us to exchange
the discolored ignitors for ones that were not discolored. Now, my supplier said
they are all discolored and will not accept them back for an exchange. It was
either take them completely off the site or explain to you that these ignitors
have been fire tested and look discolored (used) straight from the factory. We
did not want you to have any surprises after ordering. All of our ignitors are
brand new straight from the Goodman factory.
Janitrol, Goodman Flame Sensor Part #B1172606
New Part #130F00010
Our
next type of flame sensor that we sell is an exact OEM replacement flame sensor for
most Goodman & Janitrol furnaces. This flame sensor is the OEM replacement
flame sensor for Goodman, Janitrol models: GMP, GMPH, GMPE, GPD, GMPN, GMS,GSMS and
GSM furnaces. The new super-seded part number is: 0130F00010. Below are pictures of the Janitrol,

Goodman, Janitrol Flame Sensor Part #B117260
The flame sensor pictured below is used on some Janitrol, & Goodman
Model GUS furnaces.
This
flame sensor looks almost like a pencil and is 3 3/16" long and is
5/16" in diameter on the spade terminal end. Below

Goodman, Janitrol Low Voltage Transformer Part #B11416-05
The transformer
below fits many Goodman Janitrol furnaces. The transformer comes with two wires
attached that are 12" long. This allows you to connect the transformer to your
120 volt power supply. Near the bottom of this transformer there are two spade
connections for the 24 volt wiring. This transformer comes with two mounting
legs attached and is rated at 40 VA.
Goodman, Janitrol Dependable 92 Drain Trap Part #B2820811
This Goodman Janitrol
Part was added by customer request. This New Drain Trap is Gray in color some of the other drain
traps are white and black in color.
Goodman Janitrol Draft Inducer Chimney Part # B2523505
This part number has been superseded to part #4053501S
Only: $15.00
Goodman does not make the Chimney in black plastic (picture on the left) anymore. The
new chimney is galvanized steel. Same measurements but made of steel.

Goodman, Siemens Single Pole 24 Volt Air Conditioner
Contactor Part #CONT1P030024V.
This contactor replaces Goodman Janitol Part Numbers:
B1360321 & CONT1P025024V
This new contactor
part #CONT1P030024V replaces Goodman Part Numbers #B1360321 & CONT1P025024V. I really like this
single pole contactor because it has the large screw lugs on one end so you can
easily connect wires. This makes
it easy to connect large wires.
I also like this contactor because it has a cover for the
contacts that keeps the dirt and insects out. This contactor has a place for 8 wires to
connect at each end of the contactor. Below we have pictures with an opportunity

Sorry, Out of Stock on the CONT1P030024V. *I would suggest the
Furnas Single Pole 24 Volt Air Conditioner Contactor
45EG10AJAL1 that we sell on the following page: Click
here for the 45EG10AJAL1 contactor. The 45EG10AJAL1 has the same specs as
the CONT1P030024V. Any of the large lug connectors on the 45EG10AJAL1 can be
removed to make connections just like the CONT1P030024V.
