The DiversiTech CP-22T is suitable for
use with condensate from high efficiency condensing furnaces and boilers which
produce acidic condensate. Features include: 22' Lift, vibration dampening feet
and motor mounts, metal hang tabs, four inlet holes, a clear indicator display,
a float switch, check valve, and pan pill dispenser. Below we have general pump
operation, CP-22T features and pictures with
an opportunity for you to purchase.
General Operation:
This pump is designed to automatically remove the condensate
water that collects from appliances such as air conditioners, high efficiency
furnaces and de-humidifiers. The pump has a built-in tank that collects the
water from the appliance. When the water collected reaches sufficient level
inside the pump tank, the pump switches on and pumps the water to a remote
location for disposal. When the tank is sufficiently empty the pump
automatically shuts off. The pump is capable of lifting water to its rated 22'
height and is equipped with a check valve that prevents water from flowing back
into the tank when the pump shuts off. The pump is outfitted with lights that
show the status of power available, motor running and high water (alarm)
conditions. The pump is also equipped with a switch that activates when the
water in the tank reaches an overflow condition. The overflow safety switch may
be connected (optional) to turn off the appliance if the high water condition
occurs. The switch also has an alarm terminal (optional hookup) that may
optionally be connected to an audible alarm or remote indicator light to
indicate a trouble condition. This pump comes with 20' of 3/8" ID Clear
Vinyl tubing, Installation and Safety Instructions.

The DiversiTech CP-22-LP is suitable for use with condensate from high efficiency
condensing furnaces and boilers which produce acidic condensate. The CP-22-LP
has a 22' lift
compared to most pumps that have a 20' lift. Features include the same as the
CP-22T that we sell above. Features included are vibration dampening feet and
motor mounts, metal hang tabs, four inlet holes, a clear indicator display,
float switch, check valve, and pan pill dispenser. Integrating the CP-22-LP into your
system is easy. 1/4" inch quick connect terminals provide easy connection to the
optional
built in overflow switch. 3 terminals are provided allowing flexibility to
connect air-handler shut-down and optional alarm as needed. The new CP-22LP
comes packed with all the same great features found in the CP-22, but now in a
low profile package. This pump is only 4 3/8" tall so it's a good fit for those
instances where s pace is at a premium. The shorter reservoir holds 1/3 gallon.
Suitable for use with condensate up to 160ºF.
DiversiTech Flow Plus Condensate Pump Treatment Tablets
These are the tablets that go in the pan pill dispenser for the DiversiTech
Pumps we sell above. The tablets are used to control sludge and algae buildup.

condensate pan, condensate pump treatment that uses a unique multi-component
polymer system combined with unique water treatment technology to neutralize,
penetrate, disperse, and prevent the formation of contaminants responsible for
pan and condensate pump overflow. Flow-Plus is activated by condensate water,
provides a true controlled release and delivers a consistent level of treatment
that is easily verified by visual inspection until the Flow-Plus is completely
dissolved. Laboratory tests show that Flow-Plus can treat up to 2000 gallons of
